Thank you for shopping with Carolina Crafts Collective. We want to make sure your experience is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy below.

 

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If your item is a custom order or a made to order item, please allow 1-3 weeks for making and ordering items if needed.

Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reliable carriers such as [UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.], depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions:
We only ship in the United States currently.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Some items (e.g., perishable goods, custom products, gift cards) may be non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, contact us at carolinacraftscollective@outlook.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or item? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange.
